650/month room w en-suite - available mid-April

Hi! We have a room in our Canongate flat that's becoming available mid-April. The room is a decent size and has a private en-suite with shower. Rent is 650 a month and bills are about 45 a month. Council tax is 150 (paid 9 months out of the year). We are in council tax band F.

We are two recent graduates from Edinburgh Uni, Zaid currently works as a bartender and I work in a record shop. The flat is friendly and social, but we keep tidy in the communal areas and respect each other's private space. We're ideally looking for someone in their twenties who's easygoing and tidy and would enjoy our flat's vibe.
