• Large single bedroom with plenty of space for storage and a desk
• Bright and comfortable, ideal for a student or young professional
• Furnished with a single bed and storage
The flat:
• Modern and well-kept kitchen with lots of space for cooking
• Clean and updated bathroom
• Shared with two friendly and respectful female flatmates
Location:
• About 30 minutes by bus to the city centre
• Good public transport connections nearby
• Close to local shops and everyday amenities
Other details:
• Rent: £615 per month (+ hydro and gas)
• Move-in: around May 1
• Tenancy takeover (subject to landlord approval)
• As the current flatmates are students, a non-student tenant would be responsible for council tax
