My name is Ice, and my cat is JiJi, Ideally, We are looking for someone who is tidy, pays attention to personal hygiene and sociable, both students and professionals are welcome to rent our spare room in my beautiful spaceous flat in Edinburgh.

It's a fully furnished private double bedroom with plenty of storage space with a green private garden view. The flat is spacious with a big living/dining room with a 120 inch projector and Hi-Fi with a real fireplace and a new boiler, a decent bathroom which has a separate bathtub and shower. The kitchen is a good size and has a dishwasher, microwave steam and air fire 4 in 1 Oven, a normal fridge and an extra freezer. The garden is huge and private. Flat is fully furnished. Living room, Bathroom, Kitchen and Private Garden will be shared.

My flat is located in super nice and quiet area in the Oxgangs/Green bank area of Edinburgh. Within walking distance of Napier University Craiglockhart campus, and in easy reach of Morningside and Colinton area. Close to Aldi, Tesco and Morrisons supermarket.

The flat area has good connection to several bus services including bus 4, 5, 11, N11, 15, 16, N16, 18, 27, N16, 100 and 101A. Free parking. Excellent transport links. Bus stop (5, 16 and N16) on doorstep. Buses going to city centre every 10-15 minutes
