Heya! We are currently a flat of 5 young professionals and students (20-25) living near toll-cross/brunstfield, and are looking for two new flatmates to move in around the first week fo April since 2 of us are moving out. The flat is a two story house in a gorgeous tenement building with 5 bedrooms, 2 restrooms, a separate kitchen and a living room, with a gorgeous turret style dinning area.

The flat is in the prime locations of being less than 10 minutes from the meadows, near the major buss routes on tollcross/fountainbridge, and very close to both Edinburgh UnI and Napier campuses. It is also close to most shops such as Scot-mid, Tesco, Sainsbury as well as host of local cafes and pubs. Our monthly expenses come to about £800 per person (incl. rent, utilities, council tax)

We are a queer flat and have a preference for queer and accepting folk.
