Hi! We have a newly furnished and freshly painted room available in our flat, and we’re looking for a female student or professional to join us.

The flat is clean, comfortable, and easy to live in. You’ll have access to a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and everything is kept tidy. The location is really convenient — close to the town centre, with good transport links, and a hospital just 5 minutes away.

You’ll be sharing with a friendly couple, and we like to keep the place calm and respectful so everyone feels at home. We also have two small birds, which add a nice, homely touch 🐦
