Decent sized bedroom with built in wardroble. Spacious living room/kitchen space with permit free parking. There is also a lift in the building.

The flat is in a good location with a 10 min walk to lidl/big sainsburys. It's a 5 min walk to get the 21 and 25 bus as well as a 7 minute walk to Easter road, where you can get bus numbers 1 and 35. This makes it easy and quick to get into the town centre. Its also only a 10 minute walk to leith walk where ylthere are lots of pubs, restraunts coffee shops.

My current flatmates are 2 young women professionals in their mid twenties. They are both very considerate, always friendly and tidy up after themselves in shared areas. They are ideally looking for somome in a similar position.

We are also looking for somone that has had a UK bank account for 6 months as the letting agent requires a credit check. If not, you would need a UK based garruntor.

The rent is £605 All in bills are around £130 a month.

It is tax band D. Students are welcome to enquire if they are willing to contribute to the council tax.

Flat is furnished but the desk and shelf next to desk aren't included.
