Hello!

My flatmate's moving out into a place of his own so I need a new pal. Large bed and spacious, with ensuite (!). The rest of the flat is quite small, but still benefits from a roomy kitchen/living-room. Great location, right on Slateford Road and 5 minutes' walk from supermarkets and the beautiful Fountainbridge Canal! 2nd floor in an amazing old biscuit and paper factory (yes, really).

The important stuff:
Rent is £611.50 (Spareroom wouldn't let me put the decimal point lol). Bills not included, but usually come to another £100/month (inc Council Tax). No smoking or pets. This is NOT a party flat. Students welcome if they're willing to contribute to Council Tax!

Available from 1st July, if all paperwork goes fine for my flatmate.

About me:
I'm 29 years old, a full-time waiter at a hotel in Old Town. Tend to work unsociable hours, but always up for a chat and a drink! Looking forward to meeting some amazing folk and welcoming them to a great flat! :)
