Short Term Summer Let

A well-kept, spacious flat just one street off Princes Street. Good, safe location with tram links to the airport right outside and lots of buses. The windows in the available room and living room open fully to allow access to a balcony with great views.

I will be undertaking an internship in London over the summer, so am looking for someone to sublet for 3 months (beginning of June-end of August). Would be ideal for students staying over summer/undertaking work in Edinburgh, or tourists here to explore!

Note that we are all students, so ideally the new tenant would also be a student due to council tax exemptions, otherwise council tax cost will need to be covered by the new tenant.

Flat is fully furnished, with all the usual (dishwasher, washing machine, etc).
