Double Bedroom Available to Sublet from May - Sept

Hi everyone!

I am studying abroad for a few months and I am looking to sublet my beautiful double bedroom in Edinburgh for 4 months (from 1st May 2026 - 1st September 2026).

The room is furnished as pictured with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, mirror and stool.

The flat is a 2 bedroom, with a shared bathroom, shared kitchen and shared living room. We also have a shared roof patio area which would be perfect for the Summer months.

You would be sharing with my lovely flatmate who is a 24F currently completing her Masters at Edinburgh University. As such we are ideally looking for a female sublet, who is friendly, clean and respectful.

The flat is located in Tolcross, very central with the Meadows being a 5 minute walk away, 15 mins walk to the Castle and 20 min walk to Princes Street (the room even has a castle view!). There are plenty of bus routes connecting you to the city within a 3 minute walk.

The room is £720 per month, with all bills (electricity, gas, broadband and council tax included). I am looking for someone to commit to the full 4-month sublet.

Note: I am subletting with full landlord permission.
