☀️ Summer Room in Southside –Uoe Students Only

Hello! My flatmates and I are looking for a full-time University of Edinburgh student to occupy a single room in our flatshare over the summer from June 12th to August 28th 2026. We're an easy-going flat of second/third year students looking for someone friendly, clean and who is considerate of shared spaces.

The room is bright and spacious and fully furnished with a single bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers, bookcase, bedside cabinet and built-in shelves. There are also two shared bathrooms, each with a shower, and a shared kitchen with a washing machine.

The flat is centrally located – around a 5 minute walk from the main campus and the Pleasance Gym. There’s also a Lidl, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s Local less than 2 minutes away, as well as good bus connections to King’s Buildings and Princes Street.

The total rent cost is £1,460 (£486 per month). This does not include bills. WiFi is provided via eduroam. All rent payments are managed through the university.

As this is a Domus property, tenants must be full-time, fully matriculated students who are not already living in university-managed accommodation at the time of signing the lease.
