After living in this lovely flat for three years, I am moving out having got my own place. You will take over the tenancy agreement on 29 April (I move out 1 May)
The flat
- The shared spaces are always kept clean and tidy
- You get the morning sun in the kitchen and the afternoon sun in the living room
- The boiler just got replaced (after 7 long years) and so its super efficient now
- Big living room and kitchen (separate)
- Shared garden
The flatmates
- 3 lovely people in late 20s / early 30s.
- A journalist who writes about pubs, a multi-linguist photographer enthusiastic and a very kind techy with an affinity for fixing things.
What they’re looking for:
- Chill, clean flatmate
- Ideally long term, as they have been living here over 5 years
- Around the same age
- Bonus if you like films/books/football
Location
- Canonmills is nice and safe - lots of cute cafes and cosy pubs
- Corner shop 30sec from the front door
- 7 minute walk to big Tesco & Lidl
- 15minute walk to Waverly Station
- 15minute to Leith walk
- 3 minute to bus stop with great connections either way (to the beach or into town)
The money bits:
- Rent: £575
- Counsel tax: £46
- Internet: £10
- Deposit: £525
- Energy is ~£37/month, we’re with octopus energy & have credit built up following boiler replacement. You would purchase 1/4 of the credit from me (~£85)
- Rent is paid on 29th of the month by direct debit to umega
- You would take the contract over on the 29th April, I could pay you the 2 days difference as I get the keys to my new place on the 1st!
