2mth sublet Jun-Aug

Hi!
I’m subletting my beautiful room in the heart of Edinburgh (EH1) from mid-June (ideally starting 12 June) to mid-August (with some flexibility on dates).

The flat is located in New Town, within walking distance of pretty much everything. We’re on a bustling street with great bars, cafés, and supermarkets right nearby. The room itself faces the quieter backstreets, overlooking green space and charming tenement buildings. It’s south-east facing, so it gets a lovely amount of natural light.

You’ll be living with my two flatmates (27F and 28M), who are both super chill and easy to get along with. One works for a charity and the other is a tattoo artist. It’s a really safe, respectful home, we value our own downtime but also share plenty of laughs. We keep the space clean, tidy, and generally just share the responsibilities of living together without fuss.

The room comes fully furnished with:

A bed (duvet, pillows, and sheets available if needed)
Plenty of wardrobe/storage space
A desk and chair by the window
Some cosy, vibey lighting

Priced at £590 per month including utilities, wifi & sky box with netflix, HBO etc, and council tax.

I’ll be travelling around Europe for the summer and would love for someone friendly and considerate to enjoy the space while I’m away. It’s important to us that whoever stays feels like a positive addition to the home.
