This quiet property is well situated within Old Town; right off of the Meadows Park and within 15 minutes walking distance of Teviot Place, Marchmont, and main university buildings. Additionally there are many close by bus stops with routes into New Town and towards the Kings Buildings.

The complex has a good mix of families and uni students, making it a good suit for either a student or a professional.

The flat has 2 single bedrooms, plus an additional third spare room which is perfect for overnight guests or laundry. There is a spacious living room as well as 2 storage closets. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine.

Parking permits are available to residents.

The flat is not furnished by the landlord, but has been fully furnished by myself and my flatmate (including the kitchen). I am open to seeing which furniture a new tenant would wish to keep.
