Double Room, Leith Walk

My name is Michael and I am advertising a lovely double bedroom in our flat just off of Leith Walk here in Edinburgh. The bright spacious two floor flat has all the necessary amenities including a living room (hope you love the cross-season decorations), kitchen, two bathrooms as well as 5 bedrooms in total. The room itself is positioned facing the communal back garden and gets plenty of sunlight in the morning into the afternoon. The flat has a Lidl 5 mins round the corner on Easter Road as well as a Sainsbury's conveniently (maybe too convenient) located directly in front of the flat. The flat is also up three flights of stairs.

The room is going for £600 a month (with bills and council tax on top of that)

Council Tax - £38

Electricity/gas - £30 - £50 (depending on time of year, and most likely due to the big orange numpty in the good old US of A)

Internet- £10

The room is available from mid April (around the 19th)

We’re a very sociable flat but respect that everyone needs their own space, we normally do flat dinners a couple times a month and love to have movie nights as well as going out to the pub from time to time. We’re also very open to visitors and friends coming over (the more the merrier). We even have former flatmates who are now good friends of our’s visit us from time to time. All of us (2 girls and 2 boys) are in our mid 20’s - early 30’s and are currently working professionally here in Edinburgh.
