Hello! I’m looking for a female (around 20–30) to sublet my fully furnished bedroom from 21 June to 4 August.

The two bedroom ground floor flat is conveniently located in Leith, with the city centre only about a 25-minute walk away and great public transport options nearby.
* Lidl – 5 minute walk
* Meadowbank Shopping Park – 15 minute walk
* Plenty of coffee shops, gift shops, pubs and takeaway options nearby along Easter Road

Transport
* Bus routes 1 and 35 stop just 3 minutes from the front door

* Fully furnished flat
* Washer/dryer
* Central heating
* Access to a shared garden and grassy area beside the building
* Free parking space available
* The bedroom comes fully furnished and you’re welcome to use my kitchen supplies and cookware while staying

Your Flatmate
You’ll be living with my lovely female roommate (24) who enjoys reading, writing, theatre, and spending time with friends. She’s friendly and social but also appreciates quiet time and a respectful home environment.

Rent & Bills
* £607 per month (rent only)
* With utilities, council tax, and Wi-Fi, the total usually comes to around £800 per month
