Room to rent in Edinburgh New Town

We’ve got a room going in a friendly flat for May only, as one of our current flatmates has had to move out unexpectedly. Open to lower offers. It’s just the two of us here at the moment—easygoing, sociable guys who enjoy a good balance of chilling at home and getting out and about.

We’re both into the usual—watching sports, heading to the pub, and generally keeping things relaxed and friendly around the place. The flat has a good atmosphere and we’re looking for someone who’ll fit in easily and keep things ticking over for the final month of the tenancy.

Open to short lets, so whether you need a place for a few weeks or the full month, we’re flexible. If you’re sound, tidy, and up for the occasional chat or pint, you’ll get on well here.
