Looking for a flat share from the 6th September 2026, or after. Until 1 June 2027 minimum. Looking for someone whose is tidy and will keep noise down after 10pm because the neighbours have jobs. Also you would have to be a student.

The flat is a 2 bed flat on the second floor, including a large dining kitchen, large sitting room, bathroom (inc shower, basin & toilet), second toilet room, utility room with drying pulley and washing machine. Gas central heating and hot water. Renovated 2022. The living room has two windows overlooking Broughton Place.

Hart Street, is situated to the east of the New Town, a few minutes walk from the top of Leith Walk and the St James Quarter and Tram, from the bars and shops of Broughton Street and supermarkets at Canonmills a few minutes further down hill. Regular buses are nearby and the train station is less than 15 minutes walk. There is easy access to walks.

Currently on a Student Council tax band.
Bills included would be gas and electricity, on a 50/50 split.
