Looking for a to share the flat between 16th June 2026 to 5th September 2026. I’m looking for someone that keeps the shared living spaces tidy, and noise down (in the flat) from 10pm onwards because most of the neighbours have jobs.
No smoking in the flat.
There is availability for parking permits from the city of Edinburgh council website.
The flat is a bright and spacious 2 bed flat on the second floor, including a large dining kitchen, large sitting room, bathroom (inc shower, basin & toilet), second toilet room, utility room with drying pulley and washing machine. Gas central heating and hot water. Renovated 2022. The living room has two windows overlooking Broughton Place.
Hart Street, is situated to the east of the New Town, a few minutes walk from the top of Leith Walk and the St James Quarter and Tram, from the bars and shops of Broughton Street and supermarkets at Canonmills a few minutes further down hill. Regular buses are nearby and the train station is less than 15 minutes walk. There is easy access to walks.
The flat would be ideal for young professionals or students.
Currently on a Student Council tax band. If you are not a student the council tax would be a band E with a 25% discount - 1 student, 1 tenant.
All bills would be split evenly apart from council tax if applicable.
Note: the bedrooms have beds (1 x standard double) and mattresses, photos show mattresses only.
The living room has 2 sofas, instead of the kitchen chairs now.
