En-suite double room over summer available to rent

We’re a flat of female students living in a really central area of Edinburgh. One of our flatmates is moving back home over summer, so we are looking for someone to sublet her room whilst she’s gone. The room will be available from 17th of May - 17th September. £250/week. Bills are £50/month. We have a lovely kitchen / living area, and the flat is split over 2 floors, so you can have some space or be more sociable depending on how you’re feeling. We hope that the future flatmate is tidy, and cleans up after themselves. We currently don’t pay council tax as we are all students.
