Hi there,

I’m looking for a friendly and easygoing lodger to share my home in Meadowbank (EH7) for a short-term stay.

The Room
A bright and cosy room with a large window and plenty of natural light. It’s fully furnished with a comfortable day bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail, mirror, and extra storage. It’s a calm, nice space that feels really homely.

The Flat
The flat is clean, comfortable, and well looked after, with a fully equipped kitchen, shared living space, and bathroom.
It has a cosy living/dining space with lots of natural light—great for working from home, relaxing, or the occasional games night.

It’s a relaxed and fairly quiet home—more of a cosy, lived-in space than a party flat.

I have a friendly, well-behaved cat, so being comfortable around pets is important 🐾
I do occasionally smoke out of the kitchen window, so this would suit someone who is okay with that.

Location
Based in Meadowbank (EH7), with great bus links and easy access into the city centre. Holyrood Park, Meadowbank Retail Park, and plenty of local shops and cafés are all nearby.

Who I’m Looking For:
Someone tidy, considerate, and easy to live with. It would suit a professional or student looking for a comfortable, short-term base. It’s nice to have a chat now and then, but I also value personal space.
