Hi, I'm Emma 👋🏽 You would be sharing with me and my cat Milo (he's the best natured boy, very affectionate but does damand attention so must be a cat lover). Would suit someone looking for a short term let (3-6 months) whilst they find their feet in Edinburgh, look for somewhere to buy etc. I'm also open to extending this.

The room is big with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, hanging rail, chair and window seat looking out on to the shared gardens. There's room for a desk/additional storage too if you wanted to add it. There's also a large storage cupboard off the hall which would be exclusively yours. The room is at the back of the building so is quiet and peaceful.

The flat has an open plan shared kitchen/living/dining room with all the normal things (washing machine, microwave, your own fridge, lots of cupboard space) and shared bathroom. There's also a box room which can be used for yoga (I also use it for storage and the cats bathroom 🤣).

I work in healthcare, Tuesday - Friday and I study/faff/do life admin from home on Mondays so the flat is calm and quiet during the week. I'm occasionally away on weekends in my camper, or in Edinburgh seeing friends or getting outdoors. I'm also up for hanging out, cooking, pubbing, exploring Edinburgh with a new flatmate friend ☺️
I like to think I'm considerate, kind and communicate respectfully and it's important to me to live with someone similar. The flat is non-smoking and no more pets, sorry.
