Hi, I have a double bedroom available from May for up to 12 months (possibly longer).

It's a good size and located in Western Harbour/Newhaven area. Fully furnished with double bed, desk, chair, built-in wardrobe and your own private bathroom.

The apartment is modern and the room is bright with big windows.
Free on street parking and bike storage available. All bills included.

The best fit would be someone who prefers home to be a relaxing environment, using it as a sanctuary and not a party place. Someone social but mindful of the other person's space.

Good bus links to city centre 20-30min No 10, 11 and 16 plus 17 bus heading directly to the airport.
Tram stop nearby.
