Our lovely flatmate is moving out due to relocation, and his bright, warm single room (of a decent size) is now available in our welcoming 3-bedroom HMO flat, located in the lovely area of Morningside, Edinburgh.
The flat is surrounded by fantastic local amenities, Marks & Spencer, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and many charming independent shops are all close by. The nearest bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, with regular services on routes 5, 11, and 16. We are also very close to Blackford Pond.
The room comes furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and chairs. The kitchen is shared and perfect for occasional drinks or friendly dinners together. Please note this is a calm, respectful home rather than a party flat.
You’ll be sharing with two professional males in their mid-forties. We’re looking for an easy-going, positive housemate who appreciates a clean, tidy, and relaxed living environment. If you’re interested, please send us a short introduction about yourself and we’ll get back to you shortly.
Rent: £550 per calendar month

Additional monthly costs (per person):
Council Tax (Band E): £89 per person
