Hello,
I am a Korean female postgraduate student, and I will be away from May 4th to June 30th. I am looking for someone to stay in my room during this period.

I currently live in a spacious flat with one flatmate (so two people in total). My room is very large—so much so that friends often mistake it for a living room when they first visit. The flat is located very close to the city centre, making it extremely convenient for daily life. Among the flats I’ve seen in Edinburgh, this one is by far the largest and in the best condition, and my friends always admire it when they visit.
Honestly, it’s very difficult to find a place like this at this price in this area.

You will only be sharing the flat with one flatmate (female, Indian PhD student). She is quiet, kind, and considerate, making it easy to live together. I would prefer someone with a clean and practical lifestyle.

→ Only two people share the flat, so there is minimal inconvenience in common areas.

The room is large enough for 2–3 people, but I will only accept one person.

- Plenty of storage (wardrobe, 2 large shelves, 3 drawers)
- 2 desks + chair

Fully equipped with all essential appliances and cookware:
- Washer & dryer
- Electric induction hob

💰 Price & Other Information
- £160 per week
- £640 per month
- £1,200 for the full period
→ All bills and internet are included.
→ If you stay for the entire period (May 4th – June 30th), I can offer it for £1,200 in total.
→ No references required
→ £200 deposit (fully refundable after checking the room condition)
