Double Room availble in 3 bed flat - Leith

We're looking for someone to move in at the start of May (or as close as possible).

2 current tenants. One is a bartender and works evenings mostly, the other is an artist and works from home most days.

We want someone we can get along with. We both enjoy our own space, which there is plenty of in the flat for everyone to have their own. But also enjoy sitting and watching a movie together, playing some games or just chatting.

We host occassionally. Whether that be BBQs, board games, movie night or the odd late night party on special occassions. So whoever moves in should be ok with/enjoy some socialising in the flat. (Partys will always be discussed and agreed on before hand and not on during the work week, in case thats a worry).

We like to keep common areas fairly tidy, most of the furniture is owned by us so just making sure its respected really, nobody here is by any means a clean freak haha

Council tax is band F. All bills and rent combined works out at roughly £750-800 a month per person.
