I am moving out of my flat just off Dalry Road at the end of April/beginning of May and urgently looking for a replacement tenant!
Rent is 640 and bills vary seasonally between 30-70. Council tax is Band E. Currently the flat is shared by three other girls who are all finishing their masters, so the new tenant will ideally be a student for council tax purposes.
There is a shared living room and access to a storage cupboard, and the bathroom is shared with two of the three flatmates.
Location is very central and the street is quiet. There is a Lidl a 5 min walk away and a bus stop with links all over the city.
