The flat has a large, well-equipped kitchen with a dining & sitting area. There is also a leafy garden with a patio and a secure indoor space for storing bikes. Permanently resident are two quirky cats.

Nearby is Meadowbank Sports Stadium, St Margaret's House art and wellbeing complex, an indoor climbing and bouldering hangar, supermarkets, artesan bakeries, coffee shops and cafes. By bus, the flat is only 10 minutes equidistant from Princes Street and Portobello beach.

We are looking for a responsible, positive and active short term flatmate who is either vegetarian or vegan and ecologically mindful.

About us; landlords/flatmates
We are an artist and teacher couple in our 50s. We are enthusiastic cooks, nature lovers, happy gardeners, keen cyclists, fast walkers, Pilates practitioners and newish yogis. We love theatre, contemporary dance, live music and Italian language.

A 28 year old male student whose interests include running, tennis, nature and languages.

A 25 year old female who will be managing one of the Festival venues throughout the summer. She enjoys reading, cooking and knitting.

Included in the rent are all household energy bills.
Council Tax (Band E) is paid by the landlords.
