- 3 minutes to Holyrood park.

- 12 minutes to Edinburgh Waverley train station (very centrally located).

- 15 minutes to Bristo Square on central UoE campus (great for students).

- 20 minutes to Meadowbank Shopping park (for big Sainsbury’s, big Lidl and other stores).

- small local supermarkets very near.
