We are two female Edinburgh Uni students in a spacious four bed, two-floor flat, looking for two new roommates :)

The property consists of a large shared living room, nice shared kitchen, two well maintained shared bathrooms as well, both with a shower.

Both available rooms are single beds and on the upper floor.

Property is furnished and has a front garden and ONE available parking space.

We are both warm, friendly and chatty and would love to find similar people to live with us!

Reference will be needed for application, so that we can send it to the letting agents when confirming the new lease :)

!!The new tenants can be students or non-students, as the property is HMO. (non students will have to pay council tax.)!!
