I am looking for a clean, respectful, full-time working flatmate to move in from 1st Ma

The flat is a furnished 2-bedroom flat in Hopetoun Street/Broughton, very central and close to Leith Walk, St James Quarter, and McDonald Road tram stop.

The available room is a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and private en-suite shower room. The flat has 2 bathrooms, a bright living room, kitchen/dining area, private terrace, private parking, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge freezer.

Monthly cost for this room:
Rent: £690 per month
Bills, council tax, Wi-Fi and shared household costs: approximately
£231.50 per month
Total: around £921.50 per month

The total rent for the flat is £1,350, but as my room is smaller and I do not have an en-suite bathroom, I pay £660 and the en-suite room is £690.

The tenancy is managed through the letting agency, so the person must be able to pass the agency referencing process and pay rent monthly through the agency. The deposit is shared between two people.

I am looking for someone very clean and tidy, especially in the kitchen and shared spaces. I need someone peaceful, responsible, respectful of sleeping hours, and not someone who brings partners or frequent guests home.

I also have a cat, so it is very important that you genuinely like cats and feel comfortable living with one.

I am a calm person and I need my own space, so this is not a party flat. It would suit someone independent, hard-working, clean, and looking for a quiet, respectful home.
