Double bedroom available in Haymarket/Dalry flat

Hey there, we have a room in our flat available to rent from end of june/start of July (official move in date to be confirmed). Looking for long term rentals only. It’s a double room with a shared bathroom and a spacious kitchen/living room area. Rent, bills and council tax come to just under £800 (increase in July).
