Room to let on Dalkeith Road - Newington

Hello! My lovely flatmate Kirsten is moving out and I'm looking for someone new to take her place for the foreseeable future. This is a good sized flat with a reasonable amount of storage space in a central location in Edinburgh. The Council Tax is band D. This is a top floor flat with just under 70 steps to get up here.

I am living here as a 29 year-old undergraduate politics and film student at the University of Stirling. Term time has ended now so I'll be around the flat quite a lot.

This has always been a pretty relaxed flat, we often spend evenings playing board games and watching films together. At the weekends sometimes I have friends over and we'll play games and have a few drinks together. I like having a little chat with my flatmates but I also respect the need for personal space and have occasional days where I keep to myself as well.
