Hi! I have a double room available from around 8th June, as I’m moving on to new ventures.
The flat is ideally located just off the Royal Mile in Chessels Court:

• 5 minutes to Holyrood Park
• Close to lots of shops, bars, and restaurants
The flat itself is bright and airy, while still feeling really cosy, with a very safe and welcoming atmosphere.
You’ll be sharing with Nya, a 24-year-old young professional . She works a 9–5 Mon - Fri(mostly office-based, with 1–2 days from home), goes to the gym most evenings, and enjoys reading, coffee shops, cooking, and spending time with friends.
We’re looking for another young female professional who is very clean and tidy, ideally vegan or vegetarian. The flat suits someone who enjoys a calm, relaxed environment—a good balance of socialising and personal space. If you like the idea of occasional shared dinners or TV nights, but also value your own time, you’d fit in well. Clear and direct communication is important.
The flat also benefits from a strong community feel in the area.
Rent: £700/month
Council Tax (Band E): £155 each/month
Bills (electricity, gas, WiFi): £45–£65 each/month, depending on usage
