Hi, I am looking for a female postgraduate student at the University of Edinburgh to take over my furnished en-suite room in university accommodation at Gilmore Place (EH3 9NG)　available from 1 June to 28 August 2026 through a formal lease takeover (earlier move-in may be possible by arrangement).

The standard rent is approximately £1,052.87 per month (£35.49 per night, including bills and Wi-Fi), but I am happy to cover part of the cost to help secure a replacement before I leave, bringing the effective rent to around £800.

Eligibility requirements:
- Must be a full-time matriculated student at the University of Edinburgh
- Must be a female postgraduate student
- Must not currently be living in University of Edinburgh accommodation

About the room:
- Private furnished en-suite room with 3/4 bed
- Bills and Wi-Fi included
- Shared kitchen
- Female-only flat shared with postgraduate students
