Welcome to our lovely flat in Meadowbank! At the moment, Pete, Charlie and Liam are in the flat, and unfortunately our flat mate Becca is leaving us, so we are looking for someone to take her place.

We are into sports, music and travel. We like to watch films together, go to the pub and take trips out the city for surfing, skiing and climbing. We are looking for someone who's clean, tidy and good fun.

This is a double room with a shared bathroom/shower in a 2nd floor tenement flat.

The flat is a stone's throw away from Meadowbank retail park, which features many shops and the Gym Group. The flat is also only a short walk from Arthur’s Seat.

The flat has a big living room with a TV and a very comfy sofa. You’ll have your own mini fridge in the kitchen as well as a shared space in the kitchen freezer and your own cupboard. The room itself has a bedside table, a cupboard, a big dresser and a small storage cabinet.

Move-in date 22nd of May.

If viewings are successful to proceed with the flat you must be able to provide 3 month’s bank statements or 3 months payslips, and have a UK guarantor. If you don’t have a guarantor you can pay a double deposit instead.

The room price is £530 per month. Council tax is around £50 per month, energy bill is around £40 and broadband is £8.50. The rent price is expected to increase to £560 in September along with a new bathroom fitting.
