Myself and my flatmates are sadly moving out of our beloved 4 bed flat in Marchmont and are looking for 4 people to take over our tenancy from June. The flat is amazing - first floor with loads of sunlight, a huge living room and a big kitchen, along with plenty of storage and 2 bathrooms. The location is great, on the north side of Marchmont right by the meadows and surrounded by cafes/pubs/shops.

The rent currently is £2300 (or £575 per room). This might be subject to increase on tenancy change. Council tax (if not exempt) is band F.

You’ll need to apply through the agency, which usually requires all tenants to either have a UK guarantor, or to pay some rent up front. The agency will also very possibly be carrying out some repairs/redecoration between tenancies, but I’ll have more details over the next couple of weeks :))
