Bright newly renovated room in central Edinburgh

Bright double room available in a clean and calm flat, located in Polwarth / Bruntsfield area. Plenty of shops & bus stops around to reach town,

The room has just been freshly repainted and includes a brand new bed and mattress (small double bed), chest of drawers, and space for additional furniture if needed (a desk can be provided on request).

You would be sharing the flat with myself (professional, working 2 to 3 days from home) and my 3-year-old son (at nursery 4 days a week), so this would suit someone who is comfortable in a family home rather than a party flat. Mornings tend to start around 6:30–7am. We also have a very friendly but quiet cat.

The flat is peaceful, tidy and well looked after – ideal for someone who appreciates a calm and respectful environment.

For fire safety and insurance reasons, the house is a candle and vaping/smoking free space. Interlinked alarms that meet current Scottish requirements are installed.

Details:

£150 per week (all bills included, except council tax if not a student)
Short-term let preferred (flexible, ideal over summer)
Open to Monday–Friday stays or full weeks
WiFi included (Super fast speed Virgin Broadband)
Shared kitchen and bathroom
