A furnished double room will be available from late May or June 1 in a quiet flat at 12 Rosebank Cottages. The room comes with a bed and a closet. Photos of the furnished room will be uploaded after 6th May—stay tuned.

💰 Rent & Bills:

* Rent: £650/month

* Council tax: ~£113/month (after split)

* Wi-Fi: ~£15–£20/month (provider likely BT, TBC)

* Electricity: £50–£70/month in winter (lower in summer)

* Deposit: £650 (one month’s rent)

* Landlady is based locally in Edinburgh (Prestonfield area)

👤 About Me:
I’m a neurodivergent professional working full-time, usually from early afternoon until late at night. I tend to keep to myself but enjoy occasional chats. Interests include cooking, political philosophy, sunsets, being outdoors, and learning new things. Also open to gym buddies.
