Room to rent near Meadows

My flatmate is sadly starting a new job that requires him to relocate to London so I have a spare bedroom to rent in my 2 bed flat. The rent is £625 plus bills which come to approx £170ish each a month. Deposit is £600.

Looking for a working professional (no students sorry!) and no couples. Must be okay living with a dog as I have a 1 year old Miniature Dachshund. He has free run of the flat but knows he is not allowed in the second bedroom (unless you want him there!). He is absolutely not your responsibility but we would always welcome someone who wants to join us on walks or hang out with him every now and then.

The flat is recently decorated with upgraded appliances.

I’m a 24 year old investment analyst who works from home 3 days a week. I’m looking for someone who works a 9-5 (or similar). I enjoy good food, going to the gym (would be keen for a gym buddy!), nights in (i’m a big fan of shite tv) and trips to the pub/nights out.
