The flat has excellent transport links, with a bus stop right outside the building and Balgreen tram station just a 15-minute walk away. There are plenty of nearby amenities, including Aldi, Marks & Spencer, and Asda, all within a 10-minute walk. The area also has two gyms close by, making it ideal for an active lifestyle.

I’m a very easygoing and respectful flatmate who works most of the time, so I’m often out of the house. In my free time, I enjoy reading, going to the gym, and socialising. I value personal space and a relaxed, comfortable home environment, but I’d also be up for the occasional chat or social activity together.
