About the room:
There is no separate living room; however, the bedroom is exceptionally large by Edinburgh standards and comfortably accommodates both living and working space.

Photos were taken before the current tenant moved in, so the room now also includes additional items such as an extra drawer unit, another desk and chair, and a small personal fridge (useful for drinks/snacks), alongside the main kitchen fridge.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, cooker, and dishwasher

About the household:
I have a small Yorkshire Terrier (also pictured), so dog lovers are very welcome—and will be prioritised. It’s important that you’re comfortable around dogs and understand typical dog behaviour (for example, occasional barking when the post arrives).

I’m ideally looking for a long-term tenant, but open to discussion.
