Flat Mate wanted

I'm on the hunt for a flat mate to move in to a 2 bed 1 bath groundfloor flat in Granton. We have a front garden which is solely ours and a back garden shared with the building. Move in date 18th May.

I'm 28, a very hard worker, I have multiple jobs and I'm looking for someone similar.

I love to play music and do arts and crafts on my days off and I have a long haired Tuxedo cat so please be prepared for hair to be absolutely everywhere 🤣 looking for someone with similar vibes, musical, creative, maybe someone who has crazy business ideas cos I'm all for that!

Sorry - no students unless you're willing to pay your share of council tax and Women and Queer/female presenting only for consideration.

Rent is £525 each per month plus the share of council tax which is £65

The electricity is a top up card, it's super cheap, I spend about £30-40 on electricity a month.

There's a bus stop literally outside the flat and also multiple buses you can get 5 mins walking distance from the flat, the 19, 22, 24, 16 and the 8.

There's a Lidl and home bargains lesss than 5 minutes away too.
