I’m looking for a student to take over my studio at 200 Cowgate, right in the very centre of Edinburgh.

Location: extremely central (5–10 min walk to University of Edinburgh), close to shops, transport, and nightlife, but the studio is quiet and private
Property: private studio (not shared)
Facilities: large private kitchen + private bathroom
Rent: £280 per week
Available from: 1st June (flexible if needed)

The tenancy is a student accommodation studio, and the takeover would be arranged through the landlord/management.
