Looking for flatmate to double room

Hi, my name is Sophie and currently looking for a flat mate to move into an available double room as my current flatmate is moving out.

I'm really respectful of other people's space and maintain a clean and tidy shared space. I enjoy company but also respect people's privacy. I like to be sociable and go out for dinner/drinks but also love a night in with a takeaway. Looking for a flatmate who would enjoy being sociable together but also respect each other’s space.

Double room available with built in wardrobes and large chest of drawers. Shared living space of living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower.

The flat has free parking and also space for free private parking (I have yearly permits x2) so don't need to worry about paid parking. Rent is £500 per month and bills are £166.50 which include council tax, gas/ electric/WiFi, tv license so totalling £666.50.

Really good central location with great busses into town or a 15 minute walk to Princes Street. A 5 minute walk to Haymarket train station
