I am a PhD student looking for a postgraduate replacement tenant to take over my room in 61 Ratcliffe Terrace university accommodation (Room 5, Flat 2) from 1st June 2026 to 28th August 2026.

- One with shower, toilet, and basin
- One with bathtub, toilet, and basin

Shared kitchen fully equipped with:
- 2 personal cupboards per tenant
- Hot plate, kettle, microwave
- 2 shared fridges
- 2 sinks and 2 bins
- Dining table and common seating area
