My flatmate and I are moving out at the beginning of June, and are looking for students to take over our rooms in our shared flat over the summer months. It is a 4 bed with the current tenants being 2 friendly female students (aged 23) who you would be sharing with. We are looking to let the rooms out to females (no couples)

📍Location: Queen Street, Edinburgh. 15 minute walk to Waverley Station and only a few minutes walk to Princes Street. Great location for the Fringe! Co-op and Sainsbury’s both 5 minute walk away.

🏠About the flat: Bright, shared top floor student flat. Open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Bedroom 1 with en suite shower and sink, bedroom 2 with private roof terrace. Happy to let out rooms individually or together.

💵Rent: £700 per month (wifi included)

💵Bills: approx £50-£70 per month

✅Length of stay: Summer months, from 4th June - 4th September
