Double room in 3 bed flat in central location

Hello, one of my housemates is moving out and we are looking to fill his room. It’s a three bedroom spacious flat with a kitchen, sitting room and spare room we use for drying clothes and storage. It’s very central, off Lothian Road with great travel links and has a view of the castle from the door. The flat is close to the Princes Street Gardens and The Meadows. My housemate David (26) works in finance and I am a primary school teacher(31). We’re both Irish and travel home often. We are a social flat and often have people come visit! Rent including bills and countil tax is roughly £720 a month. Room is avaiable from the 14th May. Let me know if you want any more information. Thanks.
