I am looking for a student to take over my studio at Huxley Studios in Edinburgh, as I will be leaving Edinburgh in mid-May.

The room is a private student studio with an en-suite bathroom, private kitchen, private fridge, and private washer-dryer. It is very convenient for someone who prefers privacy and does not want to share a kitchen or bathroom with others.
Huxley Studios is located at 44 Stanley Place, right next to Holyrood Park. The area is relatively quiet and convenient for students. There are bus stops nearby, and it is easy to get to the University of Edinburgh main campus, George Square, Holyrood, and the city centre. It is also suitable for walking or cycling. Supermarkets, shops, and other daily amenities are nearby.
