A couple is leaving our house, their room is suitable for a couple or an individual. The ad is below, but I've added a few things at the top. Please let me know any questions or if you want to pop over to see. Tam (Any / All). :)

Room looks over the garden at the back of the house.
Council Tax Band F (approx £80 each if you're a couple, I guess £100 each if you're solo).
Bills usually £30-40 with 5 of us, so I guess £40-60 with 4.
We have one continuing student from Pakistan, one graduating student from Canada and one professional from the UK (working at the University).
Loads of storage space in the garage, we could clear it for parking if you have a car. I think there's space to park out front too.
