Double Room Available in Dalry

Looking for someone friendly and easygoing to join a lovely flat at 172 Dalry Road. I’m only moving out because I’m planning to move in with my partner, otherwise I’d genuinely stay, I’ll miss the girls a lot.

The flat has a really warm and welcoming atmosphere. We all enjoy socialising, chatting in the kitchen, baking, movie nights and the occasional trip out together, but we’re also very respectful of each other’s space and downtime. It’s a good balance between being sociable and independent.

The property itself is a little dated, but it’s full of character and charm. It’s cosy, well looked after, and has all the essentials you’d want:

* Double glazing
* Great heating
* Powerful shower
* Reliable shared amenities
* Plenty of bus routes right outside the door
* Super close to town and really well connected
* The agent is also super responsive if we have issues.

The rent is also a really good price for the area, especially considering how central and convenient the location is.

This would suit someone tidy, friendly and considerate who’s looking for more than just a place to sleep, it’s genuinely been a lovely home.

Bills not included, would prefer someone who would contribute to Council Tax
