Double en-suite room for rent in Canonmills

I’m renting out a double en-suite room in my 2 bed flat. It’s been re-painted with new furniture. I’m looking for someone who would like to stay for ideally a year. The listing is inclusive of council tax, internet, factors fee, heating, electricity, and hot water.

I’m waiting for a tv and dining table delivery in the next few weeks (before move in date) hence why the living room looks a bit empty! I work from home 2 days a week and would be looking for someone with a similar working pattern (I. e not full time WFH). My home is tidy and I make an effort to make it homely, so am looking for someone who also wants to make the flat their home. Adding artwork and personality to the rented room is encouraged 😎
